General Day-of Planning

· 3 touchpoint meetings prior to the wedding day.

​

· Day-of assistance coordinating the ceremony, reception and cocktail hour space.

​

· All guest and vendor management including supervising all vendor arrivals, decor setup at the start of the day, décor tear-down at the end of the night, venue flips, and day-of payments as needed. 

 

· Manage the day’s itinerary and schedule including the behind-the-scenes coordination and cues for all the moving parts of your big day (i.e. ceremony processional, speeches, entrances, entertainment, announcements, and synchronizing the kitchen for meal courses and clearings). 

 

· Greeting and ushering guests, as needed. 

 

· Family and/or bridal party photo triage assistance as needed.

 

· Distribute personal flowers, boutonnieres, etc.

· Dessert table and/or late-night food setup.

​

· At-home celebration assistance, as needed.

​

· Run any one local errand, as needed.

​

Planning Meetings

· Regular scheduled touchpoint meetings a month prior (1 meeting per week) via Zoom, phone or in-person.

​

· Unlimited phone calls and emails.

 

Creation of Wedding Day Documents

· Wedding planning spreadsheet “Critical Path” for the month remaining items required to stay on track with the planning process.

​

· Creation of all documents such as Wedding itinerary, MC scripting, DJ or entertainment agenda, guestlist, and floorplans to distribute to vendors, helpers, and wedding party.

 

Execution

· Main planner and experienced event assistant on-site for 7 hours.

​

· Day-of assistance coordinating, designing & styling the reception & cocktail hour space.

 

· All guest and vendor management including supervising all vendor arrivals, decor setup at the start of the day, decor tear-down at the end of the night, venue flips, and day-of payments as needed.

· A detailed budget breakdown with expert advice on the allocation of funds. This budget sheet will be monitored throughout the planning process and will be updated accordingly.

Venue Recommendations

 · Based on your specific aesthetics and budget. We do all the legwork and provide a proposal with venue comparisons.

Vendor Recommendations

 · Based on your specific vision and needs we will then recommend suitable vendors within the given budget.

​

Contracts

· Review and Negotiate Contracts on behalf of the client.

· Management of all vendors (catering, décor, photographer, videographer, officiant, venue, entertainment, etc.)

Timeline Management

 · Provide detailed to-do checklists and helpful reminders to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.

​

Full Floorplan Design

 · For all spaces of the wedding day to ensure a smooth flow of the order of events.
