Planning Meetings

Regular scheduled touchpoint meetings a month prior (1 meeting per week) via Zoom, phone or in-person.

Unlimited phone calls and emails.


Creation of Wedding Day Documents

Wedding planning spreadsheet “Critical Path” for the month remaining items required to stay on track of the planning process.

Creation of all documents such as: Wedding itinerary, MC scripting, DJ or entertainment agenda, guestlist, and floorplans to distribute to vendors, helpers and wedding party.



Main planner and experience event assistant on-site for 7 hours.

Provide day-of assistance coordinating, designing & styling the reception & cocktail hour space.

All guest and vendor management including the supervision of all vendor arrivals, decor setup at the start of the day, decor tear-down at the end of the night, venue flips and day-of payments as needed.

Manage the day’s itinerary and schedule including the behind-the-scenes coordination and cues for all the moving parts of your big day (i.e., speeches, entrances, entertainment, announcements and synchronizing the kitchen for meal courses and clearings).

Greeting and ushering guests, and family and/or bridal party photo triage assistance as needed.

Access to a wedding day “Wedding Emergency” kit.

Setup any additional stations or late-night snack tables.

“Wedding Emergency Kit” with bobby pins, stain remover, bug spray etc.

1 local on-site errand or vendor meeting (optional).
