For all spaces of the wedding day to ensure a smooth flow of the order of events.

Onsite for site visit, rehearsal and wedding day
Provide day-of assistance coordinating, designing & styling the ceremony, reception & cocktail hour space
All guest and vendor management including the supervision of all vendor arrivals, decor setup at the start of the day, decor tear-down at the end of the night, venue flips and day-of payments as needed
Manage the day’s itinerary and schedule including the behind-the-scenes coordination and cues for all the moving parts of your big day
(i.e., ceremony processional, speeches, entrances, entertainment, announcements and synchronizing the kitchen for meal courses and clearings).
Greeting and ushering guests, as needed
Family and/or bridal party photo triage assistance as needed
Distribute personal flowers, boutonnieres, etc.
Dessert table and/or late-night food setup
Access to a wedding day “Wedding Emergency Kit" with bobby pins, stain remover, etc.
