Full service planning is a start to finish experience where every detail of your event is thoughtfully managed. This includes concept development, budget planning, venue sourcing and booking, vendor coordination, and event design and styling.
On event day, we oversee execution, manage any challenges that may arise, and ensure everything runs exactly as planned, followed by a post event wrap up and reporting.

We step in to execute your finalized plans, manage vendors and logistics, and handle issues so you can be fully present and enjoy your celebration without worrying about the details.

Important to know: This is an execution-only service and is designed for couples who have completed their planning. Planning meetings, pre-wedding vendor communication, and timeline creation are not included.

Come prepared with questions, ideas, or concerns, and we’ll work through them together in a focused, productive session. Consultation Options 1-Hour Consultation — $75 Ideal if you’re looking for guidance, advice, or help working through specific questions. We’ll cover as much as possible in your session and leave you with clear next steps. Ongoing Planning Support — $100/hour Perfect if you’ve started planning but want continued expert support along the way.
