Our micro weddings are designed to be flexible, typically ranging from 1.5 to 5 hours. Whether you envision a shorter, intimate celebration or a more extended experience, we tailor the timeline to suit your vision while maintaining a seamless and elevated flow.

What is the process for booking a micro wedding?

Our process is designed to be simple and seamless. You’ll begin by selecting your preferred venue from our curated partner locations, choosing a date, and selecting the micro wedding experience that best aligns with your vision. From there, we handle every detail—allowing you to enjoy a refined, stress-free planning experience from start to finish.

Can your micro wedding experiences be customized?

Absolutely. While our experiences are thoughtfully curated for ease and cohesion, we tailor each celebration to reflect your unique style, priorities, and vision.

Are micro weddings less detailed than larger weddings?

Not at all. Our micro weddings are highly intentional and detail-driven. In many cases, the smaller scale allows for even more thoughtful design, personalization, and guest experience.

Can we still have a luxury experience with a micro wedding?

Absolutely. We specialize in creating refined, luxury experiences at a smaller scale. Our approach ensures your wedding feels elevated, immersive, and thoughtfully designed—regardless of size.

What time of day can I book a micro wedding?

We typically offer three standard time slots to choose from: morning, afternoon, and evening. This allows flexibility while ensuring a smooth and well-paced experience for each couple. If you have a specific timing in mind, we’re happy to accommodate preferred time requests whenever possible.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, ideally 8–12 months in advance. However, we can accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability. However, shorter timelines of 3-6 months can be accommodated.

Will your team be there on the wedding day?

Yes. We are present on your wedding day to oversee every detail, coordinate vendors, and ensure everything unfolds seamlessly.

This space has beautiful artwork on display that your guests can view during the wedding, it has a modern and historical touch to it as well as has opportunities to have your ceremony outside with views of the waterfront. Station Gallery offers a collection of distinct spaces that allow couples to design a celebration that flows effortlessly from ceremony to reception. Celebrate your wedding day in a setting where art, history, and thoughtful design come together. Station Gallery is located in a beautifully restored heritage train station, offering a distinctive backdrop that feels both timeless and contemporary, ideal for intimate wedding celebrations.

Gallery A is a bright, modern space well suited for ceremonies. Natural light, and rotating contemporary exhibitions create a refined, gallery style setting. While Galleries B and C offer a historic atmosphere, showcasing architectural details that reflect the building’s heritage. These spaces are ideal for cocktail receptions and seated dining. A private bridal suite is also available on site, offering beautifully appointed space for preparations and moments of pause.

Station Gallery is ideal for couples seeking a meaningful wedding celebration shared with their closest guests. With a balance of modern and historic spaces, an evening focused ambiance, and thoughtfully designed surroundings, each wedding feels personal, elegant, and effortlessly memorable. Soft string lights enhance the space after sunset, creating an intimate setting for outdoor cocktails, with views of the surrounding architecture and gardens.

Station Gallery is available as an evening only venue, offering a distinctive wedding experience defined by soft lighting, illuminated artwork, and a naturally romantic atmosphere.
